Thanksgiving at AperiBar
November 26, 2026 06:30 AM until November 26, 2026 09:00 PM
Thursday, November 26, 2026 · The 100th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade celebrates its one hundredth this year, and it comes down Sixth Avenue past the end of our block. And there's nowhere better than AperiBar for a cup of coffee or a pastry along the parade route, a light Italian bar-style lunch after, or our traditional Italian-infused Thanksgiving dinner -- one Nonna would be proud of.
Colazione, To Go
6:30 – 10:00 am | Bar Area
Coffee, Cappuccino, Pasticceria
Take your coffees, espresso and croissants with you to Sixth Avenue and be holding something warm when the first balloon turns the corner.
The Bar, Starting at 10:00 am
Lighter fare
There comes a point in every parade when you have been standing for three hours and the crowd is four deep. That, as it happens, is just the right time of day.
AperiBar's bar opens with sandwiches, pizza, salads and pasta. Small plates, a glass of something, a stool. A tide-you-over until the feast begins.
Thanksgiving Dinner
3:00 – 9:00 pm
Chef Charlie Palmer's kitchen puts an Italian hand on the American classics, which is to say the meal you know, served the way we've always served dinner: in courses, for sharing, with every reason to linger.
Reservations recommended. VIEW MENU.
Watching the Parade from 41st Street
The parade steps off at 77th and Central Park West at 8:30 am and continues south on Sixth Avenue to Herald Square, wrapping around noon. Sixth at 41st is one of the better stretches to stand: well north of the 34th to 38th block that closes to spectators, and half a block from our door.
Come early. Bring the bag. Come back when your feet have had enough.
Finding Us on Parade Day
Sixth Avenue closes early Thanksgiving morning. We're at 120 W 41st St, between Sixth and Broadway, inside LUMA Hotel Times Square. Approach from the Broadway side and you'll walk right up.
