Bringing more than a decade of luxury hospitality experience to AperiBar, General Manager Angelika "Angie" Riedler combines Michelin-level service with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Originally from Germany, she has built her career across some of Europe's and New York City's most acclaimed dining destinations. A Certified Sommelier and graduate of Germany's prestigious Hotel & Restaurant Management School, Angie has held leadership roles at Aureole, Gunter Seeger NY, and Avena, while earning national recognition with top-three finishes in the prestigious Chaîne des Rôtisseurs National Young Sommelier Competition.

Today, Angie brings her expertise in hospitality, wine, and team leadership to AperiBar, where she is dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through genuine connections, thoughtful attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere. Her leadership reflects a commitment to excellence while fostering a culture of warmth, professionalism, and personalized service.
