An Italian-American 250th Tribute

As America marks 250 years, we're celebrating the Italian-Americans who helped shape its table — the bakers, the butchers, the Sunday-supper traditions carried across an ocean and into our neighborhoods. From June 29 through July 5, aperitivo hour at AperiBar honors that legacy with a Napoli Burger crowned in crispy prosciutto and aged provolone, calamari fritti kissed with Calabrian chili and sea fennel, and pillowy Mamma Mia donuts tumbled in gianduja and pistachio. Raise a glass with our All-American Aperitivo — lemon sorbet, prosecco, limoncello — or the Star-Spangled Spritz, blueberry and elderflower meeting bubbles in the most patriotic pour we've ever shaken.
